The planning, implementation, and optimization of our online and offline marketing and advertising initiatives will be aided by the assistance of an experienced digital marketing executive.
You should be familiar with methods for analyzing market research and consumer behavior for this position and have a thorough understanding of the entire marketing mix. To interpret ROI and KPI metrics, you should also be proficient in Paid Ads & SEM.
At the end of the day, you should develop rich marketing campaigns to assist us in achieving our business objectives.
The ideal applicant will be passionate about all aspects of marketing, design, and technology. You will have a solid understanding of the ideas behind digital marketing.
The ideal applicant should have a marketing-related educational background, experience, and preferred graphic design abilities. It is essential to have knowledge of Travel, Tourism, in general, and in the UAE in particular.
The candidate must be able to design simple designs and marketing content. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, self-driven, knowledgeable about social media, and be a creative thinker.
Additionally required are successful backgrounds in social media, SEO, SEM, content, inbound, and email marketing.
Responsibilities.
Contribute to the creation of plans for establishing enduring digital connections with customers.
Plan, oversee, and keep track of the company's ongoing social media presence (on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Start running effective online ads through Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, etc. to increase brand recognition and company sales.
Be involved in SEO campaigns (keyword, image, etc.) actively.
Create online newsletters and marketing emails, then plan their distribution through various channels.
Update the website and offer original content marketing ideas.
Improve the user experience by working with the operational and technical teams.
Several Web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Learn about current trends in online marketing and keep your strategies current.
Work together on offline marketing initiatives, including retail marketing, with the marketing team.
Maintain connections with media companies and suppliers.
Control daily administrative tasks to guarantee that the Marketing department runs efficiently.
To comprehend the consumer, create customer personas and journeys, and discover new opportunities, conduct market research.
Data on consumer behavior should be gathered and examined (e. g. traffic and rankings on the web).
Make reports on sales and marketing metrics, such as conversion rates.
Participate in event planning for marketing purposes.
Create marketing collateral in collaboration with the operational and marketing teams.
To produce marketing content, work in coordination with freelancers and imaginative graphic designers.
Maintain meticulous records of marketing statistics and campaign performance.
Keep an eye on the marketing campaigns of rivals.
