Represent, interface and engage with the business team and technology s and act as the voice of the market to drive creation of value adding digital solutions.
Understand the customer, market and business needs and align them with the strategic direction of the business segment and organization.
Responsible for overall agile product development for mobile across the banks services and products.
Build and manage the mobile banking requirements roadmap and associated backlog
Product vision
Collate information from various stakeholders and structure it to develop an overall product vision and roadmap
Responsible for communicating clearly to all the respective agile teams.
Responsible for the product and product features from conception to delivery.
Act as the voice of business and be empowered to make decisions that would drive the product development and bring all streams together towards a single goal.
Set the product roadmap for digital products in development.
Align different stakeholders on the priorities and features to be built for different releases.
Strategic Contribution
Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.

Motivate and work directly with the agile development team and business stakeholders.
Ensure all team members are communicating with other teams effectively to produce quality deliverables in line with the product vision.
Align team objectives for agile development to the overall target business performance KPIs.
