Direct Sales Agent

Description:

We are looking for experienced Sales agent to work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunities of Direct Sales

Responsibilities:

- To Generate sales through direct channels to achieve/exceed defined monthly target.

- Achieve tele-calling targets in terms of numbers of connected calls.

- Maintain overall activity levels.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure they are satisfied with all services.

- Attend meeting with prospects and do all needed follow up.

- Let clients know about all company projects/offers and escalate all concerns raised by clients.

- Work closely with managers and sales administration.

- Attend event organized by the company (mall stands, exhibitions, open house)

- Update the CRM and ensure all changes applied on time.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Uae Real Estate Market.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Well Presentable

- Strong Interpersonal

- English Language is a MUST with one or more of the following: Russian/French/Persian
