This has led to the success of the company in distributing more than 10,000 units of international residential properties over the past 10 years through its network of agencies around the world. We are looking for to a new leader of our Dubai office.

Job Description

- Lead the real estate team in Dubai

- Responsible for the business budget and profit and loss

- Analyze the real estate sectors to identify the best strategy and

development plan. Gather, prepare, and present information to the senior management on proposed projects in order to obtain approvals.

- Track competitor activities and update timely

- Develop and cultivate relationships with developers, brokers, potential

business partners, and related individual & organizations.

- Manage, coordinate, administer all company’s activities within UAE and facilitate all activities from HQ and other office.

- Manage, coordinate, administer all client supporting activities from within UAE and from other countries.

- Manage, coordinate, administer, and negotiate the best deals’ structure for the business

- Manage all activities between stakeholders, employees and partners in order to deliver results within scheduled timeframes and budgets

- Represent company to local government entities and the public

Job Requirements

- 10-15 years of relevant work experiences in similar role

- Strong team player, leadership and communication skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English and ability to speak

Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred

- Strong network with local real estate industry and government officials
