Description:
Someone eager to join Deel and lead a large and fast growing team focused on managing, optimizing and growing Deel’s commercial partnerships. Deel’s Partner Program is already a meaningful revenue driver for the company, but the opportunity to grow is massive. There is tremendous synergy between the global infrastructure and technology that Deel has built, and what many Human Capital, Talent and Payroll organizations are looking to offer to their customers.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to unlock this value by leading the continuous development of our partnership program, and leading a skilled team of Partner Managers to the next level.
It is still early days for Deel (there is huge growth ahead) …we need someone who isn’t fazed by ambiguity, can roll up their sleeves, and build and move at Deel speed!

- Act as the primary escalation path and executive sponsor for your team and their partners.
- Lead the prioritization of and acquisition of new strategic partners in your region
- Identify and own team-wide and program-wide initiatives aimed at improving the revenue generation capabilities of Deel’s partnerships programs, including developing new partner management strategies, new channels, and new partnership models as relevant.
- Act largely autonomously in identifying gaps in partner strategy, business model and/or operating model, and proactively solve/fix/improve with limited oversight.
- Define the foundational expectations, templates, tools and strategies for the team to execute against.
- Work hand-in-glove with Partner Operations, Partner Acquisition, and overall Leadership to coordinate efforts across partners
- Manage multi-threaded partner C-suite stakeholders to ensure a mutually beneficial commercial structure and a timely outcome
- Implement and leverage a range of tools and processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of the team’s outbound efforts

- You have experience managing and coaching a large team of ICs, including developing high performers and leaders (managers of managers)
- You have the ability to redefine, structure, test, and scale new elements of the Partnership program/organization
- You have the ability to build and sponsor department-level cross-functional relationships internally with limited support/escalation
- You have a way with words and can manage outbound communications, build/deliver executive presentations, and design campaigns that activate partners.
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- You are an ‘owner’, and are comfortable managing complex relationships autonomously and creatively, without much central support
- You are polished and can lead c-suite conversations in a structured, professional, and thoughtful manner
- You have a strong understanding of the technology landscape - HCM and Payroll tech experience is a plus
