Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership: Connect, inspire, educate, and engage by monitoring and mentoring all Communications personnel. Oversee and manage workload of your team and develop effective time management skills for all personnel. Provide regular and ongoing feedback to all personnel. Conduct regular weekly and or bi-monthly department meetings. Identify training needs required in your department. Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews in a timely manner, ensuring KPI’s are established and achieved. Recruit and select EWB personnel in an ethical and transparent manner as required. Promote and adhere to the company culture and company values. Lead by example and encourage and motivate personnel, showing empathy and understanding. Create a culture of mentorship coaching which focuses on active listening skills, actionable & constructive feedback. Nurture leadership skills in employees of all levels within your team to help them achieve their full potential. Align employee career vision with the business needs and ensure effective communication practices at all times

 

Oversee the implementation of the maintenance program to ensure all activities carried out are in accordance with maintenance plan. Manage the functional duties of department personnel, including outsourced service staff as appropriate. Meet regularly with internal and external customers to ensures requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily. Monitor and evaluate the facility’s energy to optimise usage and costs. Monitor ad evaluate in-house and outsourced technicians’ competency and service level Attend daily banquet event order meeting to prepare for events/functions’ requirements. Conduct regular meetings with staff and outsourced service to ensure maintenance programme and work requests are on schedule Ensure compliance with local and building regulations Ensure work progress satisfactorily

 

Implement maintenance programme to ensure all activities carried out as per maintenance plan Conduct regular inspection and verification of work done Regular supervision and verification of work Monitor performance and maintenance of equipment Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through various marketing channels (e.g., tactical offers) to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility, and value. Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site. Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events to promote restaurants. Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communique (e.g., newsletters, loyalty programme etc)

 

Strategic Planning Mentor, motivate, support, and provide strategic direction for every member of the Facilities team. Develop a strategic and innovative approach to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met. Ensure all Facilities personnel understand how their role contributes to the overarching KPI’s of the department. Work closely with other ASM Global people to preserve the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. Establish, develop, and maintain a reputation with all stakeholders, as a respected and professional leader. Ensure timely and proactive engagement at all times to ensure the remains a priority. Ensure client timelines for information and proposals are met. Ensure all client correspondence is accurate, professional, and presented to a world class level
