Due to their exponential growth and success, the business are reshaping their Customer Relations Team in 2024, to ensure an exceptional level of service for their elite clients.

 

As the Director of Customer Relations, you will offer insightful leadership and expertise to effectively lead, guide, coach, and manage the CRM teams, optimising their performance to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in monitoring and enhancing end to end experiences for elite / HNW customers.

 

The Role:

  • Execute CRM strategies with a focus on encouraging user engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Set daily objectives and schedules for the team to achieve and exceed company productivity.
  • Assist the team in addressing client concerns and devising timely solutions
  • Oversee client satisfaction and quality assurance across various departments, initiating and managing corrective action plans.
  • Assess CRM and its services from the client’s point of view, handle client complaints and reporting efficiently.

 

Team Supervision:

  • Organise and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to enhance the team's processes and soft skills, supporting their overall development.
  • Promote the organisation’s values and ethics in all activities, fostering a value-driven culture.
