This is a great opportunity to join a well funded Web3 start-up looking to create the next generation of user friendly wallet for customers and wallet as a service for enterprises.

Their focus is on ease of use, safety and security for web3 users and their wallet will be tailored for streamlined interactions for RWAs, dePIN, and Identity with compliance built in.

They were founded in 2022 but are well backed by some major players within the Web3 space and this is their latest venture.

They have a fully remote and globally distributed team with 2 Engineering Managers leading their existing scrum teams.

With that in mind, they're looking to hire a Director of Engineering to mentor and coach those technical leaders, foster an environment of team health & employee wellbeing, drive engineering excellence and set the technical vision for the company (collaborating with the CPO and CEO) whilst scaling the business in terms of users and overall headcount.
