Our client, a firm in the private banking sector, is experiencing significant growth and is looking to expand their team of private banking executives.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in private banking and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Achieve assigned targets for revenue generation and acquisition of high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) private banking clients by evaluating their risk tolerance and investment needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
- Provide unbiased and genuine financial advisory to clients, becoming their primary contact for offshore private banking matters.
- Handle credit responsibilities, including preparing facility applications, conducting credit reviews, drafting loan documentation, and negotiating credit terms.
- Maintain regular client interactions, including face-to-face meetings, to assess and address their risk and return objectives, thereby delivering customized product portfolios to enhance client wealth and increase assets under management (AUM).
- Monitor client account performance consistently to ensure alignment with client expectations, and offer expert advice if performance deviates from projections.
- Identify and target new business opportunities by building relationships with key clients, developing a referral network, and engaging with influencers to expand the client base and investment portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by adhering to procedures and guidelines, including up-to-date compliance checks, Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and client profiling.
- Deliver high levels of client satisfaction and service quality by addressing client needs and managing necessary administrative tasks.
- Continuously enhance investment knowledge and stay informed about the full spectrum of private banking services, including trusts, asset management, banking, and advisory services, to serve as a trusted advisor.
