Role Overview:

As a Director Sales Middle East, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-net-worth travelers and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft campaigns targeting affluent customer segments.
  • Engage customers to promote Axonall’s Dynamic Loyalty Program, showcasing its unique rewards and benefits.
  • Design and optimize onboarding experiences that highlight the value of the loyalty program.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights to drive engagement, refine loyalty offerings, and enhance satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for Axonall’s loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with our luxury brand ethos and customer expectations.

  • Active personal network or access to luxury consumers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, conversion and retention related field.
