Job Description:
Join our team as a Document Controller and contribute to the efficient management and organization of our documents and records. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure accuracy and accessibility of critical information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems.
- Receive, review, and process documents in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and records.
- Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents as needed.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and organize documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control policies.
- Generate reports and summaries of document control activities.
- Provide training to staff on document control processes.
- Perform other document control-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
