Document Controller / Secretary

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowlege on SAP-ARIBA and CSEATS.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
  • At least 2-5 Years Experience in the UAE/ GCC as document controller.
  • Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).

Responsibilities:

  • Following and improving document control procedures.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients.
  • Producing document progress reports for senior managers.
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
  • Print and distribute documents as needed.
  • Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
  • Review and update documents for contracts.
  • Handle records across various departments.
  • Good written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
