Document Editor And Controller

 

Description:

The Company has entered into a long-term operation and maintenance agreement for the DEWA Phase III 800MW solar power project located at MBR Solar Park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Job Purpose:

  • Prepare folders access matrix in alignment with the company’s management needs.
  • Manage the quality of documents on the company’s servers and platforms.
  • Create documents in company-approved templates.
  • Manage requests for document codifications and storage.
  • Edit and correct documents to ensure they are error-free and well-structured.
  • Suggest improvements to the content, such as rephrasing sentences for clarity and conciseness.
  • Provide feedback on the overall structure and organization of the document.
  • Archiving documents in physical and digital records and ensuring appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing to meet the quality standards.
  • To liaise with and distribute plant-related documents with all stakeholders of the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and information handling.
  • Manage emails, letters, meeting invitations and other forms of correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Prepare and maintain the company’s Minutes of Meetings, PowerPoint Presentations.. etc.
  • Adhere to O&M organization policies, regulations and comply with administration and documentation-related policies.
  • Coordinate with the ICT Dept for SharePoint management and document management on the server.
  • Required to work with Finance Dept as required.
  • Any additional tasks as per instructions from management.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent computer skills –MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence in handling extreme pressure and stress
  • Confidence in managing different responsibilities and demanding expectations.
  • Excellent collaborative skills
  • Pleasure in dealing with people from all nationalities and cultures Fluent in spoken and written English
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant or an equivalent work experience
