Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Documentation Assistant's responsibilities include managing and organizing documentation, creating invoices, creating packing lists, verifying documents, handling export documentation, managing archives, and ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on similar positions
  • Strong organization and document management skills
  • Experience managing export documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and organize archives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
