• Greet guests as they arrive, take and confirm reservations, as well as manage walk-in customers to balance table availability.
• Ensure that guests coming in are wearing the appropriate dress code, check IDs, and denying entry to individuals without authorization.
• Oversee waitlists during busy periods and provide estimated wait times to guests to maintain orderly guest flow.
• Lead the host/hostess team, training, and support as well as managing the schedule shifts and staffing levels.
• Monitor the security of the vicinity both indoors and outdoors

• At least 3 years related experience from an upscale restaurant and bar
• Open to home country or other GCC experience
