Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements to identify gaps, conflicts, and potential risks. Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and use cases to represent business processes and requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and identify potential risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Facilitate communication and foster collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- I'd appreciate it if you could assist in the prioritization and management of the product backlog, making sure that high-priority items are identified and addressed.
- Support project managers in project planning, monitoring, and coordination activities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developed solutions meet the intended business requirements.
- Assist in developing training materials and training end-users on new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

Your Qualifications
- Proven 2-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business problems and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques, such as BPMN or UML.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, such as requirements management tools and diagramming tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Domain knowledge in finance industries is advantageous.
