Job Opportunity: Duty Officer

Salary Range: AED 3000 – 4000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the assigned area.
- Monitor security systems and procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper communication and seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Duty Officer or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems related to security and operations.
