Hiring Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (C#.NET)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Proficiency in C#.NET and .NET framework.
- Experience with VueJS, .NET Core, and MVC 5.0 development.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and functions.
- Solid experience with Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with designing and implementing n-tier solutions and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML, and ORM Concepts.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Expertise in SSIS and SSAS, including creating ETL packages and multidimensional/tabular projects.
- Experience with Async, Multi-Threaded, Concurrent, Multi-User development.
- Experience with Unit Testing/Integration Testing.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, and reporting services.
- Experience with WCF Services and Windows Workflow Foundation 4.0.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize workload.
Certifications Required:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
Job Responsibilities:
Development and Customization:
- Design and develop customizations, configurations, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Implement and customize CRM workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions, including technical specifications.
- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for CRM solutions.
- Document business processes and requirements.
Integration and Maintenance:
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between integrated systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
