Description:
Leading the E Commerce function for one of the Sharaf Retail Brands.
- Build, Manage & Operate a state-of-the-art Hyper Personalized E Commerce platform delivering a state-of-the-art customer journey through optimized UX/ and cutting-edge functionalities.
- Work with Product & Merchandising team to ensure adequate & curated merchandise on the platform including a mix of Full price & Discounted range, new launches, Online Exclusive ranges etc.
- Align the operations & last mile delivery functionalities to deliver an exemplary Last Mile / Fulfillment & returns experience to the shoppers, including a firm integration with Services & Community engagement. (Differential Logistics Options / Click 2 Collect / Integrated Services / etc.)
- Work with the digital marketing team in optimizing the Funnel and driving revenue through a combination of funnel stages & media mix at optimum ROAS.
- Build a Multimodal customer experience function to ensure a seamless service & experiential delivery across all touchpoints of the customer journey. - Omni Channel / Convergence 2.0 / Multibrand Portal / Integrated Retail / Services & experience.
