Our client is a leading fast moving consumer goods and retail business that is seeking to hire an Ecommerce Manager to grow to ECommerce Vertical of their business, delivering growth and financial results against performance business objectives while providing a smooth, easy, quick and delightful customer experience at all stages of the customer journey. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for growing and building a dedicated Ecommerce website (already operational)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the ecommerce website and deliver all business KPIs relating to sales and profit while delivering a smooth and easy customer purchase experience.
• Understand drivers and trends shaping Customer purchase to increase online purchases. Quantify potential untapped value of the market, identify ‘’white space areas’, and work towards customer conversion.
• Ensure the website is attractive to browse, easy to use, speedy and secure.
• Increase visibility of the e commerce presence through SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Use data and web analytics tools to design and develop reports to analyze key business and website metrics.
• Analyze MIS reports and use insights to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure operationally efficient inventory and replenishment processes
• Create and maintain an engaging and active online forum for customers through promotional and reward mechanisms
