Ecommerce Specialist

Description:

As an E-commerce specialist, you will be working in the ECom & Business Development Department overseeing both Online and Physical Sales of our products across all platforms, company website and various marketplaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring day-to-day activity and sales on all websites
• Making sure Physical inventory matches Online inventory
• Executing Market Research to ensure product listing & pricing is competitive
• Managing customer-user experience to ensure an overall smooth transactions
• Providing full customer support for all sales inquiries
• Liaising with courier companies to ensure fast deliveries
• Working closely with Social Media team to increase website traffic and sales
• Working with co-workers in brainstorming for fresh ideas to generate sales through implementing various digital marketing strategies

Additional Skills

• Experience in regional market places processes (Amazon, Noon, etc)
• Experience on shopify
• Basic product knowledge in Music, Entertainment and Gaming
