Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across major e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and Noon, by managing product listings, optimizing sales through PPC ads, and ensuring all product information is accurate and compelling. This role also includes overseeing operations on third-party websites, addressing customer inquiries, implementing promotional strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance online performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon.
- Ensure all product information (descriptions, images, prices) is accurate and appealing.
- Drive sales and traffic through PPC ads on Amazon.
- Manage Amazon brand registry, FBA accounts, vendor models, and address unauthorized sellers.
- Update product inventory to maintain availability for purchase.
- Manage and expand business on third-party websites such as Mumzworld, 6th Street, and Home Centre.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Plan and execute special offers, discounts, and holiday promotions.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure efficient order processing.
- Collaborate with eCommerce Partners and internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Operations) for successful product launches.
- Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Prepare weekly sales and ad expense reports.
- Track and report consumer data, insights, and learnings.
- Take ownership of key customers and develop small accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven experience with selling on Amazon and Noon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong eCommerce knowledge and familiarity with Amazon FBA and Noon FBN models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical with the ability to track and report on consumer data and performance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in resolving issues and improving processes.
