Job Summary:
As an Elevator Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of our elevator and escalator products and services. You will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments. o Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold- calling.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest elevator and escalator technologies and industry trends.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Market Research:
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Proven track record of success in elevator or related technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
