Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of consultants to achieve their highest potential. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure each team member meets and exceeds performance targets.
- Performance Management: Implement strategies to monitor and evaluate individual and team performance. Develop action plans to address areas of improvement and celebrate successes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to develop customized solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, with a proven track record in team management.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including developer or secondary market experience.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
