Description:
As an Employee Relations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Employee Care Centre operates smoothly and effectively.
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the Employee Care Centre.
- Oversee the handling of customer-related issues from inception till resolution.
- Develop applications to record customer concerns promptly and track follow-up actions efficiently.
- Drive customer satisfaction by proactively developing tools and resources to resolve issues and complaints.
- Analyse statistical data concerning employee queries and complaints and compile accurate reports.
- Improve customer service quality by assessing, evaluating, and redesigning existing processes.
- Provide technical support, resources, and advice to employees in collaboration with IT.
- Advise departmental managers of people trends that could impact the organisation.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in Human Capital
- Bachelors degree in HR management or related.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Policies & Procedures
- Knowledge of relevant administrative systems and processes
