Employee Relations Executive

 

Description:

Key Accountabilities (Statements that describe the main responsibilities of the job)

Maintain employee e-files [new joiners and exiting staff] with all related documents, arrange the files systematically for easy retrieval verify & update employee’s records continuously.

Handle the annual employee’s personal update details in the system and follow up about missing documents (if any) ensuring updated information is available.

Prepare and draft HR announcements and circulate the same based on agreed process with Media and Communication Department.

Assist in internal investigations and complaints when required; coordinate to arrange for meeting and drafting investigation MOM’s

Prepare and submit monthly pension reports with contribution calculations for review.

Handle employee transfer requests internally and externally as per agreed policy and process.

Handle HR Operations new enhancement projects and initiatives aiming to achieve HR objectives.

Manage HR related Service Level Agreements for services provided (Medical, Pension, Immigration etc.) and ensure renewal of these SLAs’ in a timely manner, and maintain the monthly SLA allocation reporting.

Review Business card request and ensure details mentioned in card is as per employee’s data in system.

Contribute in closing audit queries within timeline.

Coordinate and consolidate Annual non-payroll and expense budget related to HR [Share budget template with BUs -receive budget- clarify the requirement with BU’s- prepare summary – submit to Finance]

Prepare periodic reports related to HR Operations section as and when required by management such as the turnover report.

Act as replacement for team member during leave and support team members when needed to ensure smooth functioning of Department.

Maintain total confidentiality in all matters either pertaining to staff or with reference to any organizational matters.

Contribute in achievement of Department objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.

Information Security Responsibility:

To understand and adhere to the information security policies and procedures related to their day-to-day activities and safeguard information assets from unauthorized access (disclosure, modification and destruction).

General Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policy and procedures.

Compliance with HR Policy and procedures.

Experience Required Education Qualification & Certifications

Min. Exp. Required :

More than 2 Years’ experience in coordination and administration of Employee Relations and understanding of Government services / relevant experience in Government relations department Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or relevant experience working in a similar human resources role

Proficient in English and Arabic
