Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the deployment and adoption of our Engagement Survey and action planning efforts through executing strategic communications, monitoring the impact of employee engagement strategies and tracking execution of engagement plans for assigned colleague groups.
  • Provide leadership to existing Colleague Engagement approaches, including colleague pulse surveys and local/country ‘Best Place to Work’ approaches.
  • Delivers consulting, agenda design services, and HR vision and strategy alignment facilitation.
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of the Talent Management framework in conjunction with the HRBPs.
  • Review initial Job Catalogue design and partner with Total Rewards and the L&D teams to ensure alignment of the work streams from the standpoint of Grading, Leveling, and inputs into the HRIS (Oracle).
  • Demonstrates consultative solid, relationship-building, interpersonal, and influence skills in dealing with all levels of management and is effective at quickly establishing credibility and developing working relationships.
  • Contributes to the design and execution of talent and organizational capability development projects and core processes.
  • Consult with the Talent Acquisition and Colleague Experience to ensure that the candidate experience from sourcing to placement reflects the Talent brand.
  • Review initial Job Catalogue design and partner with Total Rewards and the L&D teams to ensure alignment of the work streams from the standpoint of Grading, Leveling, and inputs into the HRIS (Oracle).
  • Review with L&D Learning pathways based on the job catalogs and career progression per IDPs and succession planning.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including communicating technical or financial information to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data
  • Project management skills, particularly concerning organization, prioritization, and time management

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree is required. CIPD included.
  • At least three years of experience in HR operations or a similar function is required.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
