In the past (or maybe right now!) you will have had experience leading a team, offering coaching/ mentorship to colleagues and be able to offer guidance around their growth. When collaborating with Product Designers, you'll understand what's feasible and scalable for the application, and will also be confident architecting new components for their product. Experience working on scalable applications and various payment process integrations will be hugely beneficial here, as is solid knowledge of software design patterns.
