The Role: We are seeking passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Customer Support Team. At Planet Fintech. As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional support to our English- speaking clients, as well as their clients, who are people with their own trading platforms, such as Dizicx.com. Your role will contribute to the overall success of our customer service operations.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Analyse personal client needs and take appropriate actions.
  • Ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered to all clients.
  • Promote Dizicx's range of products and services to clients.
  • Approve KYC documentation and ensure client compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments as needed.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving targeted results.
  •  

Main Requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Experience in client handling within the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Fluent speaker with excellent written and oral skills in English.
  • Hindi speaker with oral skills is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications is an advantage.
