Role Overview

This individual will sell the company’s software solutions to technology re-sellers, professional service providers and software integration companies. This position will have a responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process, including: prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, ROI, offer creation, negotiation and closing of the sale.

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at Integra Works We are seeking a customer focused, knowledgeable and passionate Enterprise SAAS Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the IT and/or SAAS industry.

Must have: Hands-on SAAS solution sales experience to professional services providers in ICT industry. Ability to engage in discussions addressing technology consultancy, IT operations or professional services delivery domain challenges. Proficiency in understanding SAAS proposal structure, Statement of Works, and using CRM preferably Hubspot.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a B2B SAAS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for software sales, contract negotiation, lead generation, and consultative selling to drive business growth and foster client relationships. The role requires driving the sales effort for customer acquisition and purchasing process, and building a strong network with customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing demos, writing quotations, negotiating purchase orders, reaching out for outbound and inbound sales and requisitions, partnering with marketing and other sales team members as needed. You will continously collaborate with product and CSM teams to open, prioritize and track customer functional requirements and feature requests in the required CRM and roadmap management systems.

  • Engage in direct sales highlighting the business case for change and the move to our solution. Direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
  • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to marketing and product development teams.
  • Evaluate prospective customer's needs using products and services, to include ROI information. Develop clear written proposal to include: sales quotes and summary of ROI and company efficiencies based on adoption use case.
  • Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services.
  • Represent company at conferences and trade shows.
  • Identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising and PR tactics.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategy (development of new products and services, customer business outcomes, deliverables).

As a sales representative, you will play a key role in developing our brand image with external stakeholders. This role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SAAS Sales within IT Managed Services or Software Professional Services industry.
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn to put in effective use, both internal and external AI powered software and automation tools is a must
  • Good knowledge of Sales and CRM best practices and tools
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in selling software and related solutions to technology distributors, partners, value added re-sellers or professional service providers.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and highly energetic.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team-working abilities
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and integrity
