We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in the UAE or GCC market to join our team and spearhead high-impact, data-driven campaigns for our clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ensure campaigns are tailored to the GCC market, taking into account cultural nuances and audience behaviors.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and implement real-time optimizations to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and ensure optimal campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Allocate resources effectively across platforms and channels to meet client objectives.

Content Collaboration:

• Work with creative teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaign assets.

Market Insights & Trends:

• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates in the GCC region.

• Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights to clients on campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Present actionable recommendations to enhance future campaigns.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in the UAE or GCC markets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
