Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in HVAC systems to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, including equipment, installation, and maintenance costs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate project costing and timely submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and scope to prepare accurate HVAC estimates.
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment requirements for HVAC projects.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for pricing and lead times.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations, and bids.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and select suitable partners.
• Coordinate with the project management team to assess and manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Support in value engineering and cost optimization during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HVAC estimation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and cost estimation tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
