Estimation Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and performing Automobile/ Mechanical engineering tasks. Additional responsibilities include conducting research, negotiating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of estimations. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with different teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimation
• Strong background in Automobile/ Mechanical engineering tasks
• Need to manage quotations and government tenders
• Excellent negotiation and research skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the defense or automotive industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, and arabic is a plus.
