We are looking for an experienced Estimator specializing in fit-out projects. The Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the financial success of our projects. If you have a strong background in cost estimation and a thorough understanding of fit-out processes, we’d love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects based on design specifications and requirements.
• Analyze project documents, including drawings and specifications, to determine project scope.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and material costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
