Event Logistics Director

 

Description:

An Event Logistics Director is required by our client to start this week for the smooth delivery of a high-profile Dubai launch event in February.

This person will play a critical role in the project’s success, which will include building bespoke staging, laser shows, fireworks, and performers.

About the role:

  • Develop and implement an event logistics plan.
  • Vendor Management.
  • All Logistics Coordination for event setup and breakdown.
  • Budget Management.
  • Site Management.
  • Team Management.

About you:

  • Must be able to anticipate and swiftly resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with all suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • CRM experience so the visitor has the best experience at all points.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Vast experience in temporary site builds.
  • Experience in coordination with RTA and other government agencies.
