Description:

As an Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute a wide range of events.

•⁠ ⁠Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and manage contracts.

•⁠ ⁠Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, and transportation.

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with clients to understand their vision, goals, and specific needs for each event.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

•⁠ ⁠Handle event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning and execution phases.

 

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role

•⁠ ⁠Strong project management and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in event management software and tools

•⁠ ⁠Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
