Executive Assistant will have a variety of roles and responsibilities including:
Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments andresponsibilities and following up appropriately
Gatekeeper of his time, keeping him focus on his priorities
Reminding him of last decisions made on all subjects
Performing any other duties that allow the CEO to be more productive
Proactively maintain files and department common files
Handle special reporting projects and requests, which could include presentations, monthly reports,
Accumulating data / information from team/department, when needed. This work may include data entry and/or basic analysis and developing databases or spreadsheets.
Follow up on directives sent by the CEO, monitoring their progress
Proactively identify issues and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a strong plus
