Facility Management LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management companies and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- CAFM system
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles within facility management companies.
- experience in CAFM system and Facility management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
