Hiring Executive Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Language: Excellent in English & Arabic.
Job Description:
- Must have bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other field.
- Perform administrative and secretarial tasks related to filing documentation, making meeting and travel arrangements, typing, scanning, and photocopying, along with attending and directing visitors.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with high level of detail and accuracy.
- Proofread documents, reports, presentations, and communications to identify any errors or omissions.
- Prepare agendas and materials required for the meetings. Attend the meetings, record minutes of meetings and ensure they are filed and distributed. Follow up with the concerned parties on action items.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role of providing administrative support at executive level
- Working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations
- Must have Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other field.
