As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key partner in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office, providing comprehensive support across a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, with a proven ability to manage high-level administrative tasks and deliver strategic support in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, adept at coordinating complex schedules, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth operations for senior executives.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective and professional interactions with global stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other relevant business software, leveraging technology to streamline operations, presentations, and reporting.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to support C-suite executives in achieving business objectives.
