The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with extensive background in Asian Fusion Cuisine. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with the lounge manager in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

EXECUTIVE CHEF (ASIAN FUSION):

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive chef or head chef of Asian Fusion Cuisine

-Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs

-Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service attitude

-Experience working within budget constraints

-Basic computer skills

-Degree in culinary or equivalent
