We are seeking a talented Executive / Head Chef to join our dynamic team and lead our kitchen to new heights of culinary excellence.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, presention and quality control.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional service.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
- Develop innovative and creative dishes to delight our guests.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences through culinary artistry.
