Description:
A leading Organization is looking for an Office Manager to assist the Top management in Office Management, Personal Affairs, Executive Support, Team Support & Administrative Document Handling.
1-Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the TOP MANAGEMENT, including managing their calendars, policy writing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, policy and preparations of presentations, budgeting &Calculations.
2-Office Management & Team Support:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
- Assist the wider team with administrative & Finance tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, budgeting, calculations, meeting memos/summaries, and announcements.
3-Bilingual Proficiency
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Assist with Arabic-English interpretation when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager, Calculations, Budgeting (experience in both is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
