SB Architecture & Design FZE is a dynamic Design Consultancy specialised in Retail and Residential Projects. We’re actively looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. The candidate will actively seek out and engage new customers to our lines of businesses on a commission basis.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Representative you present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads. Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
- Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Maintain a strong understanding about the company services to answer specific customer questions.
- Present information about company offerings and services during trade shows or other large events.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and reach through status reports.
- Create reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential new services.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or within customer services.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Ability to meet goals, stay organised and maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
- Relationship management skills, friendly and personable with others and open to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other related fields.
