1- Job Title: Executive Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create schedules for the CEO
  • Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings
  • Manage the CEO’s phone calls & emails.
  • Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO
  • Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests
  • Schedule / attend meetings and take minutes
  • Prepare meetings reports and agenda for the CEO
  • Communicate between the executive and employees
  • Assist in Administration tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Top of the line organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
  • Planning abilities
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
  • Proficiency level of English & Arabic Languages
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make travel plans
