Role: Executive Secretary (Arabic Speaking)
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Salary: AED 5,000
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience
- Carry out designated clerical activities such as drafting correspondence, creating documents, preparing presentations etc. to support efficient management of departmental activities
- Assist the Director in planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements for efficient diary management
- Review and prioritize memos and mail to ensure necessary action is taken in a timely manner
- Handle incoming / outgoing calls on behalf of the department ensuring messages are directed in a timely and accurate manner
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring necessary protocols are adhered to in all interactions
- Fluent in English & Arabic both written and verbal
