Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience
Carry out designated clerical activities such as drafting correspondence, creating documents, preparing presentations etc. to support efficient management of departmental activities
Assist the Director in planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements for efficient diary management
Review and prioritize memos and mail to ensure necessary action is taken in a timely manner
Handle incoming / outgoing calls on behalf of the department ensuring messages are directed in a timely and accurate manner
Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring necessary protocols are adhered to in all interactions
Fluent in English & Arabic both written and verbal
