Description:

Hiring The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management. Duties include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining confidential files. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
  • Experience in document control, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
