We need an Executive Secretary / Office Administrator (Kabayan) for a Leading Interior and Fit out Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirement & Skills:

  • Bachelor engineering or QS background candidates will be preferable for this role.
  • Must be having minimum 2 years experience working on same position previously
  • Should be expert in handling executive meetings, calls, emails and writing letters etc.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Computers and MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent Communications Skills specially in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
