We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our prestigious team.

As a Real Estate Agent at GI Properties, you will:

Responsibilities:

·        Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

·        Conduct comprehensive market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs.

·        Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions based on their preferences.

·        Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information on features, pricing, and availability.

·        Guide clients through negotiations, ensuring their best interests are represented and securing successful transactions.

·        Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for listings.

·        Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and properties.

Requirements:

·        Previous experience in real estate sales preferred but not limited to.

·        Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·        Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
